All prices are subject to change. Our offers are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

Retention of ownership
The delivered goods remain the property of THE BATH SHOP AG until full payment has been made.

Delivery
Delivery is made by lorry or postal parcel to the domicile, construction site or valley railway station. THE BATH SHOP AG will charge the buyer a transport fee. We endeavour to compliance with the delivery dates; however, the indication of the delivery dates is non-binding. Any claims for damages due to non-compliance with delivery dates are excluded. If no delivery date has been agreed, we will deliver the order as soon as it is complete. Should the delivery be delayed on your part, we reserve the right to invoice the order on the confirmed date.

Returns
A deduction will be made on the credit notes for returned goods in accordance with the turnovers arising, but at least 10%. The return of equipment is subject to our prior written consent. Goods that were delivered more than three months ago can no longer be taken back. The same applies to damaged and used articles as well as to special productions. Only items that are included in our current stock programme can be taken back. The goods must be delivered to us carriage paid in the undamaged original packaging.

Warranty
We grant a 24-month warranty (12 months for metal surfaces) on all our products from the date of delivery, subject to proper handling and installation by a specialist. This guarantee is limited to the free repair or replacement of parts which are recognised by us as defective, and excludes any further guarantee, in particular the liability for costs of assembly or disassembly as well as for material, physical and business damage.

Model, price changes and errors excepted
The dimensions are subject to factory tolerances and subsequent changes. Liability for the consequences of incorrect or incomplete measurements is excluded (Art. 100 OR).
